A number of exciting planned developments and refurbishment projects which continue our focus in advancing the school facilities to benefit all students.
In 2022 these will include refurbishing our boarding facilities and junior school playground upgrades.
Boarding is a priority. Boarding is central to life at the school and is close to the hearts of Old Girls and current students alike. It is acknowledged that the Boarding facilities need to be upgraded to contemporary standards, so our Boarders can continue to live, relax and build lifelong friendships. An architect has reviewed our boarding facilities and plans are underway to refurbish with contemporary furniture, painting and fit out of new carpet.
When faced with hardships, there is always someone to turn to, whether that be a friend, a classmate, a teacher or a coach. The community of NEGS welcomes and supports everyone with open arms, something that I am forever grateful for.
