NEGS 2026 Cross Country Carnival Monday, 9 March 2026

Get ready to cheer, run and celebrate school spirit at the NEGS 2026 Cross Country Carnival! This much-loved annual event brings together students from Pre-K through to Year 12 for a fantastic day of friendly competition, house pride and community.

Races kick off at 11:10am and run throughout the day across a range of distances and age groups, culminating in a fun 2km House Race to close out the afternoon.

Race Schedule

11:10am — Races commence

11:15am — 12 Years (3km) & 18 Years (6km)

11:35am — 13 & 14 Years (3km)

11:55am — 15 & 16 Years (3km)

12:15pm — 17 Years (3km)

12:35pm — PK–Year 2 Fun Run (JS Oval)

12:45pm — JS Girls & Boys Junior (Yrs 8–10) 2km

12:50pm — JS Girls & Boys Senior (Yrs 11–12) 2km

1:10pm — 2km House Race (Fun Race!)

Families are warmly encouraged to come along and cheer our students on. Whether it's your child's first fun run or a seasoned race day, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
