With dedicated training staff and specialist coaches, students have the opportunity to participate and challenge themselves no matter their experience or skill level.
Competition and training opportunities are matched to the athlete’s development and potential in a flexible, supportive and “athlete friendly” academic environment.
NEGS Armidale is renowned for its world-class Equestrian Centre and program.
We are proud to offer students an enriching experience where they can develop crucial life skills while pursuing their passion for horse riding.
NEGS Armidale is the only boarding school of its kind where both students and their horses have access to programs in a number of equestrian disciplines.
Music enriches students’ lives and at NEGS we are committed to helping students develop a love of music over a lifetime.
Every student from Transition to Year 12 has the opportunity to build on their individual musicality and skills, whether it is just for fun, or to pursue more seriously for study.
Through learning music students learn to express their intellect and imagination.
The NEGS Parents and Friends Association are an important part of the NEGS Community.
They provide a great amount of support to the school to organise events, assist with communication to and from the school, and purchase additional school resources through fundraising throughout the year.
